  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • How does the consultation with the engineer work? Can I schedule it at any time during the month?
    Consultations can be scheduled on any available day of the month, provided that the day is not already fully booked.
  • Are there any restrictions on the type or length of songs that can be submitted for mixing and mastering?
    While there are no restrictions on the type of songs, we typically consider a full-length song to be up to 6 minutes long. For songs longer than this, we handle them on a case-by-case basis.
  • How long does it typically take to receive the final mixed and mastered tracks?
    Turnaround time is usually 3-5 days.
  • Can I provide feedback during the mixing and mastering process, and how many revisions are included?
    Prior to the mix and master process, we engage in comprehensive discussions during the consultation with members. This includes a thorough review of the reference track. Details regarding revisions will be provided during the consultation. We are committed to delivering high-quality work to our clients and offer revisions if there are major issues with the end product to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Are there any additional fees or hidden costs apart from the subscription price?
    Our subscription service is transparent, with no additional fees or hidden costs beyond the subscription fee. The only potential additional cost would arise from purchasing extra services for the month.
  • Do you offer any guarantees or assurances regarding the quality of the final mix and master?
    As industry professionals, our primary objective is to ensure that every member receives high-quality work. We are committed to working closely with our members on every project to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • How do I submit my project for mixing and mastering, and what file formats do you accept?
    After members have completed their consultation with the engineer, we initiate the process by sending an email requesting all necessary files. These files are then securely uploaded into a private Dropbox folder. We accept files that meet the minimum quality standards of streaming services to ensure that you receive a high-quality service.
  • Can I request specific effects or creative elements to be added during the mixing process?
    During the consultation with our engineer, you have the opportunity to make requests. Each request will be carefully considered and discussed with the member to ensure their needs are addressed.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription package at any time?
    Subscriptions can only be changed prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • How does billing and payment work for the subscription service?
    The subscription cost is automatically billed on a monthly basis. Payments can be conveniently made using a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
  • What happens if I exceed the monthly allowance of services included in my package?
    If you surpass the monthly allowance of services, you have the option to purchase additional services for that month at a discounted rate. These additional services will be invoiced separately and must be paid for in advance.
